Position Purpose: The Starbucks Team Lead creates the Starbucks Experience for Bashas' customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Responsibilities: A Starbucks Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. A Starbucks Team Lead responsibilities include: Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period: Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, heath department and weights and measures requirements. - Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude and connecting with the customer. Discover and respond to customer needs. - Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
