Job description

To assist in providing a superior gaming experience, unattainable by our competitor, where guests can indulge themselves without apology. Supervise wait staff in assigned outlet and Dual Rate VIP Coordinator/F&B Host-Hostess to ensure appropriate customer service is provided to the guests - Supervise all employees engaged in bartending and serving for a specific outlet. - Review manifest and staffing levels to determine appropriate work assignments for the staff. - Check with Cooks to determine menu changes, substitutions or deletions for the day, and notify staff. - Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures. - Monitor silverware and plate status and order items as needed with budget constrictions taken into account. - Develop schedules to reflect staffing levels needed to give optimal guest service. - Check out restaurant cashiers, cocktail servers or other employees with cash drawers to ensure cash balances. - Train new employees and update all employees on new procedures or policies. - Conduct a physical inventory of bar ware and requisition replacement items as needed. - Coach and counsel all employees when needed to reinforce d...
