Restoration and Cleaning Equity Partner GM with an existing Franchise

Benefits: We have an existing Restoration franchise and need a GM with the IICRC and AMRT certs that is interested in profit sharing or sweat equity in the business. It is both a restoration and carpet cleaning business and GM would operate it as if it's their own business. We are willing to be flexible on the terms of the involvement of the new GM. We can provide sweat equity or earn a percentage of all sales from day 1. Most important thing is a dedication to the success of the business, high energy and taking personal ownership of responsibilities. The partnership has multiple options that can be pursued.
