**ACTIVE TS/SCI w/CI POLY SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED** As a Mission Hardware Engineer, you will provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support of information systems and related peripheral hardware to a mission critical program. - Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of computers and related systems - Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software - Provide end-user hardware and software troubleshooting and support - Replace network and fiber cable - Decommission old systems - Install, configure, and maintain VTCs, TVs, and phone systems - Coordinate development of deliverables and products - Must be able to track project studies, plans, action items, etc. - Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies assigned - Participate in special projects as required What you need: As part of your role/function on the program, you will be granted privileged user access.
