Job DetailsJob Location: Handyman - Cleveland, TN 37311The Craftsperson performs small project home/building repairs with general knowledge in trades such as: Carpentry Plumbing Electrical Tile installation Primary Responsibilities: Professionally and promptly interact with customers. Confirm appointment with customer the day before and arrive on-time, in uniform, neatly groomed. Physically walk and thoroughly inspect customer premises with a focus on preventive and proactive maintenance, noting repairs not requested to advise customer on future needs. Determine repair options, accurately prepare supply and labor estimates, and present to the customer in an easy-to-understand format. Perform requested routine maintenance to the company’s and customer’s standards. Follow all safety practices, policies, and procedures and promote safe working conditions for both the customer and you. Enter complete service details in company software so office can prepare accurate and timely customer billing.
