Job Description: The Executive Recruiter is a working manager responsible for leading executive and highly specialized recruiting efforts across AIR Communities. This role partners closely with senior leaders and corporate business groups to deliver high quality talent for key roles, while also providing leadership and oversight to corporate recruiters and key talent programs.
