Job Summary: The Help Desk Technician supports the organization in providing technical services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, and networked systems. This role ensures that installations, software, hardware, operating systems and configuration issues are properly addressed, monitored and resolved. Responsibilities: - This position will support the IT Operations Team by timely responding to IT helpdesk tickets and requests related to employee changes, such as onboarding and offboarding employees. - Screens, refers, and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests related to maintenance of personal computers, laptops, and related systems. - Prepares help desk incident reports and assists in hardware and software evaluation. - May be internal and external client-focused for c...
