Key Responsibilities: Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure the products or services rendered meet or surpass the required internal quality KPIs and specifications as well as any applicable external and government regulations. Spearhead the RMA analysis and investigation of faulty customer and supplier products and services. Drive solution plans to completion by working with a cross-functional team, including supplier quality, product engineering, sustaining engineering, research engineering, and operations.
