Summary and Purpose: Staples Alliance Church is seeking a godly man to serve as our Lead Pastor. We believe God has given each believer, including pastors, different gifts and abilities, personalities, and backgrounds. Many of these characteristics are essential to a ministry calling, while others are less critical, and still others are indifferent. We have prepared this profile as an outline of the desired characteristics for our Lead Pastor, recognizing that no one person will perfectly meet all of them. We are looking for the man God has called, and believe he should roughly, though not perfectly, meet the following desired profile. Education: - Seminary or graduate education in pastoral ministry or a Bible and Theology degree at an undergraduate level is desirable.
