Job Summary: This position requires extreme attention to details and a thorough knowledge of the work procedures and component applications. Employee must perform and document detailed analysis on motors that have been sidetracked for any quality reason including face run out, shaft run out, grounds and vibration issues. Perform duties that enhance all aspects of the Assembly department to ensure divisional and plant objectives are met. This will include process improvements, testing and assembly.
