Reliability Engineer - 25002243 Description Position Summary: Linde Gases U.S. (LGUS) has an immediate opening for a position in the Reliability group to support a new facility in Nederland, TX. This position is responsible for improving the safety, reliability and efficiency of plant fixed and rotating equipment by applying engineering expertise to maintenance, performance, and operational issues. Job Overview: Near term responsibilities will include supporting commissioning and startup for an ASU and two ATR units. Drive standard practices around preventive and predictive maintenance processes for responsible sites. Establish and monitor inspections, PMs and PdMs for mechanical equipment. Maintain high level of effectiveness around CMMS and Spare parts availability. Drive reduction in unplanned down time, discovery work and repeat events to reduce overall life cycle cost and increase operating profit for the business Key Responsibilities: Analyze data and information from multiple sources to identify and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvement activities.
