Pareto FM has an exciting opportunity for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to join the team supporting a prestigious and unique client site – the English National Ballet in Canary Wharf . This role is based at one dedicated client site , giving you the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the building and its plant systems, without the need for regular travel between locations. Working as part of the engineering team, you’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems , ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards. The Role: As a Resident Maintenance Engineer, you will support the contract management team with the day-to-day maintenance of building services systems.
