Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development. - Experience managing utility agreements and energy-related issues. Experience in financial modeling and implementing clean energy initiatives. - Experience with collocation agreements, site selection for industrial projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, and construction. - Experience negotiating utility contracts, managing energy market dynamics, implementing clean energy initiatives, and financial modeling.
