Job Description: Pay: $24.25/hr: ($19.25/hr base + $5 per hour shift differential for night shift) Location: Waterloo, IN: Schedule : Night shift, Mon-Thur 6pm-6am What You’ll Do: As a General Laborer , you’ll support daily production and help ensure every product meets Techo-Bloc’s high quality standards. You’ll work alongside machine operators and assist with key processes such as: - Inspect finished product for height, shape, color, and consistency - Perform quality checks and remove defective pieces as needed - Rework/replace blocks to ensure every pallet is customer-ready Package finished product by adding: - packaging materials - top sheet - labels - final quality check before going to the yard - Keep all products packaged neatly, saf...
