To support our growing presence in the Netherlands, we are looking for an Inventory Controller to join our team in Venray. What you do on a typical day What you need to succeed at GXO - Perform cycle counts, as well as end-of-month, quarter, and physical inventory counts to ensure ongoing accuracy - Coordinate file extracts, reconciliation processes, and inventory adjustments in line with system and operational requirements - Investigate, resolve, and prevent inventory discrepancies using WMS data - Correct routing, re-routing, and shipping errors - Prepare and distribute inventory reports, including reconciliation, adjustments, productivity, and error tracking - Monitor and coordinate automated stock transfers - Support sustainability initiatives by minimizing environmental impact - Ensure compliance with legal, company, and industry sta...
