Job Description: Job duties include, but are not limited to: As a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our clients and medical team. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area; greeting clients and patients; answering phones and emails; triaging client concerns; scheduling appointments to support an efficient daily flow; checking clients in and out; and processing payments.
