Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Administration Officer who will have direct contact with different stakeholders of the different markets and ensure that the processes are run with excellence and adequate support. In this position you will execute the end-of-the-end process for spare part orders and queries from customers, by delivering a high level of customer service experience. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives, making a tangible impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction. The position is based in Panama City, Panama. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
