Position Summary: The person in this role manages production manufacturing operations on a daily basis with a focus on safety and quality. Leads production room teams, production support, and representatives to ensure production is properly planned and executed to meet the demands of our customers. Assist support groups with daily tasks and long-term development projects. Responsible for daily decision making, focused on maximizing production and solving issues that affect deliveries, room efficiencies, manpower, parts supply, quality and other factors relating to production operations.
