IFM Facilities Manager - JLL (Multi-Site) What this job involves - As the IFM Facilities Manager, you will serve as the primary lead for two high-criticality diagnostic sites. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through a hybrid labor model, managing both union and non-union teams. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of third-party vendors, performance tracking against KPIs, and identifying opportunities to expand the service scope while maintaining a lean, efficient budget.
