Job description

The Table Games Floor Supervisor implements and ensures compliance with approved procedures. Trains, supervises, and monitors performance of employees to ensure smooth and efficient gaming during shift. Is responsible for the protection of the assets within assigned areas. - Safeguards casino assets. - Implements and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and gaming regulatory requirements. - Supervises the operation of an assigned number of tables and dealers. - Responsible for the training and equitable treatment of all table games personnel. - Ensure fills and credits are handled according to policy. - Promotes outstanding guest relations. - Assists in answering questions or resolving disputes. - Creates an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests. - Encourages mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all associates by setting a positive example at all times. - Instills an atmosphere that encourages associates to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve disputes. - Retains associates through personal involvement in associate training and development. - Supports and maintains Horseshoe courtesy guidelines. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Directly supervise...
