Job description

Purpose and Scope: The Engineer 3 Project Manager for the Kennedy Propellants and Life Support Services (KPLSS II) program will be part of a fast-paced environment and lead complex projects to successful completion at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center (KSC) FL. This role requires expert level skills in Earned Value Management (EVM), risk mitigation and foundational project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project controls experience with both facilities and hardware type projects, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Essential Responsibilities: Lead complex planning, scheduling, execution, and completion of projects aligned with the organizational goals. Develop and manage project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and baselines. Apply expert level EVM to track performance, identify variances and drive corrective actions. Maintain cost, schedule and scope controls using established project management frameworks.
