Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Metallurgist at our Goldstrike operations. Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a motivated Plant Metallurgist to join the Goldstrike Autoclave team. This role is focused on supporting day-to-day metallurgical performance, identifying process issues, and working closely with operations and maintenance to maintain safe, stable, and efficient production. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and eager to develop expertise in refractory gold processing and autoclaving technology. Responsibilities: Operational Support: - Monitor daily performance of the crushing, milling, autoclaving, leaching, elution, and refining circuits. - Work closely with operations crews to ensure consistent plant performance and support shift targets. - Support the implementation of daily operating strategies and ensure alignment with production goals. - Conduct regular plant walkthroughs and participate in morning meetings with operations and maintenance teams.
