JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Title: Facility Maintenance Supervisor FLSA: Exempt Department: Facilities Last Updated: April 2026 GENERAL SUMMARY: The Facility Maintenance Supervisor’s primary role is to perform various skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks while actively working alongside team members to ensure a safe and clean facility. Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as the overall appearance of the facility. In addition to hands-on duties, this position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing the work performed by team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Reports all accidents or injuries immediately to the Safety Manager.
