ROLE DESCRIPTION: Under the close supervision of the Learning & Development Manager, the Learning & Development Intern – Jr will support rapid eLearning course development by helping create, enhance, and update learner-centered digital training content. This role provides hands-on experience with instructional design fundamentals, digital content development, and design execution using established templates and standards. The intern will contribute to active course builds, assist with refreshing and localizing existing materials, and iterate on content based on feedback to help ensure learning solutions meet organizational quality standards and learner needs across a global audience.
