This is an individual contributor position, reporting to the People Partner Lead for APAC & Japan, based in Singapore. As the People Partner you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and professional support to People Leader Partners, People Leaders and the PPS team on HR related matters for Australia and New Zealand. This hands-on role ensures alignment with local labor laws and organizational policies, while delivering consistent, high-quality HR services. A key focus is driving employee relations strategies that foster organizational stability and enhance the employee experience.
