Operations Manager - Surgical Services

Job description

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of Surgical Services, which includes managing the customer and technical service personnel to achieve short and mid-term financial and operating objectives. The Operations Manager is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of their team, ensuring that the delivery of equipment and services exceeds customer expectations, and for managing performance to achieve revenue growth and budget expectations.
