Technical Lead – ESA, NEPA, and Interagency Consultation Support

Overview Lynker Corporation is seeking to hire two (2) Technical Leads to support a contract with NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), West Coast Regional Office (WCR). These are full-time, primarily remote positions providing operational oversight for teams supporting interagency consultation, regulatory compliance, and scientific analysis efforts. The positions are anticipated to begin on September 30, 2026. Hiring for these positions will be contingent on contract award. Lynker will be operating under its FLOAT joint venture, a NOAA ProTech Fisheries 2.0 prime contract holder. * WCR provides interagency consultation pursuant to ESA, MSA, FPA, FWCA, and MMPA authorities and conducts NEPA analyses to evaluate impacts of federal actions on protected species and habitats. This role provides leadership, oversight, and technical direction to contractor staff performing consultation support and scientific analysis under multiple Executive Orders and Presidential Memoranda.
