Position Title: Employee Benefits Account Management Executive Position Summary: The Employee Benefits Account Management Executive will manage key relationships within our Major Accounts Division, interact with existing & potential clients on a day-to-day basis, develop & implement high level employee benefits strategies and provide targeted service to our most complex clients Job Responsibilities: · Provide high level strategic direction to our most complex clients including but not limited to contribution strategy, employee engagement, benefits education, underwriting, employee retention, pharmacy benefit management, plan design, etc. · Act as client-facing lead for day-to-day client needs, issue resolution, vendor partner management and meeting scheduling. Works in partnership with VP, Major Accounts on delivering on elevated needs, issues and negotiation. · Will work within a client-specific team to serve all clients need.
