About the Role: As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping to l ead the design and delivery of ANZ’s non-financial risk (NFR) system (NFRHub) to enable risk management, enterprise data and reporting capability. Ensuring risk information is trusted, decision-ready and fit for Board and regulatory oversight. Reporting to the Head of NFR Data, Insights & Systems, you turn risk strategy into a prioritised roadmap and practical delivery. Partnering with the business, Risk and Technology and enterprise data teams to build user-focused, scalable platform producing high-quality data foundations that enables reporting to strengthen risk transparency and resilience. You will lead a flexible (“fungible”) team that can pivot across systems, data, reporting and delivery disciplines as priorities shift, building breadth of capability.
