About The Role: We are hiring a technical lead to define the developer experience for the Customer Dashboard that is used by the world's largest retailers – Sephora, Target, Petco – to control their product discovery experience. You will define what Customer Dashboard developer experience looks like at Constructor – and your work will multiply the impact of every engineer on the dashboard. Requirements: What You'll Do: You and your team will own three areas: You’ll lead a small team, spending roughly 50% of your time on technical work, 20% on team leadership, and 30% working across teams.
