In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and meet company goals, while supplying court reporting industry transcript production expertise and insights to support our growth. Who are you?: You are an operations leader with a background in building and scaling transcript production-focused teams within the court reporting industry. You feel comfortable establishing, communicating, and implementing policies and operational standards related to transcript production and review to ensure effective and consistent support and execution. You couple your industry expertise with focus on scaling your operation - utilizing methods such as workflow automations, AI integrations, and outsourced labor models to enable cost effective growth.
