Summary The Level 3 role is to be able to solve both large and small projects beginning to end with customers. This role is a trusted advisor. Engineers are expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues, executives, and other customers facing roles. The Technician will possess the ability to problem solve at a high level, provide exemplary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking, and organizational skills. The Level III Technician works jointly with the sales to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including tasks such as discovery meetings, site surveys, proposals, and presentations on technical assessments, implementations, and ongoing technical account management.
