With more than 330 offices in our franchise network, the company serves residential, institutional, and commercial customers and clients across the United States and Canada. Full Time, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. PROJECT MANAGEMENT DUTIES: · Work directly with Director of Reconstruction and Reconstruction Production Manager to develop project scope, reconstruction estimate and budgets for individual projects.· Work directly with customers to effectively manage the necessary repairs to their home and/or property.· Work with insurance company adjusters, independent adjusters, public adjusters and other industry professionals on agreements on both scope and cost of projects.· Proactively communicate on project statuses, subcontractor performance and supplements.· Will assist with the management and allocation of in-house staffing resources, as well as subcontractor resources, needed to complete the job in timely fashion.· Oversee job progress and proactively communicate with management on any potential problems or issues that may arise on projects.· Cust...
