Summary: DLA Piper is seeking a transactional tax associate with at least 5 years of experience to join our Corporate practice group. This position is open to our Los Angeles, Boston, or Atlanta offices. The ideal candidate will have transactional tax experience dealing with M&A transactions in the middle market private equity space. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds. Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
