ATI is hiring a Manager – Process Controls & Automation Engineering to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This role can be based in Washington or Monaca, PA. In this role, you’ll lead process controls and automation across multiple manufacturing sites in Pennsylvania and South Carolina, supporting operations such as annealing, pickling, grinding, flattening, shearing, and shipping. You’ll drive improvements in manufacturing performance by designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting automation and process control systems, including PLCs, DCS, HMI, and SCADA technologies. The ideal candidate is a strong technical and people leader who can quickly learn complex operations, identify opportunities for efficiency and reliability improvements, and help shape the future vision for process automation across the business.
