About the Role As Head of Social, you will shape and lead Tropic’s social vision across every platform. This is a senior leadership role for someone with the presence and credibility to inspire a talented team, while partnering closely with our Founder, Susie Ma, and Managing Director, Carlton Connell. You’ll take us beyond business-as-usual social. With a platform-first mindset, you’ll unlock bold, commercially driven growth, particularly accelerating TikTok as a powerful sales and community channel. At the same time, you’ll elevate and amplify Susie’s personal brand during her time as a guest Dragon on Dragons’ Den , ensuring we maximise this cultural moment with clarity, creativity and impact.
