Project Manager - Applied Science and Innovation

Job description

Description We are seeking a Project Manager in our Applied Science and Innovation division. This new role will support the scientific and research studies in the Program Management Office. The Role: · Maintain project documentation: assist with Gantt charts, trackers, RAID logs, action items, and deliverables. · Prepare timelines using MS Project and standardized templates; surface delays and escalate as needed. · Administer study intake, readiness checklists, and kickoff logistics. · Liaise among study directors, technical teams, and support units to ensure communication and alignment. · Support budget awareness and assist in coordination of financial reporting or resource planning activities. · Lead cross-functional meetings: create agendas, drive discussion, capture outcomes, and track follow-ups. · Independently develop and manage project timelines in MS Project; adjust based on real-time execution. · Draft, review, and submit sponsor deliverables and reports in compliance with requirements and timelines. · Provide feasibility inputs and generate detailed timelines during proposal development. · Monitor and manage scope, schedule, and deliverables; identify risks and implement...
