The Residential Market Analyst is responsible for properly discovering, listing, valuing, and defending appealed property values for residential real property parcels in Sedgwick County. This position will assist with research, verification, and assemblage of all residential real estate economic market data. Collection of data will be accomplished through various local, regional, and national sources including industry publications, online sources, surveys, interviews, and onsite inspections.
