Camp Program Supervisor

I. JOB SUMMARY To further the mission of The Fowler Center and MCHS Family of Services through the development, planning and delivery of program activities and events. Design and deliver program activities that are safe, fun and appropriate to the campers’ ages and abilities. Assist in the management of the overall camp operation. II. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Ensure delivery of creative, innovative, fun programs to participants in seasonal camps, respite camps, day programs, school field trip programs, Travel Adventures, rental groups and community events. - Develop and implement pre-camp staff training in conjunction with the Fowler Center leadership and administration teams. - Supervise program and cabin staff during Summer Camps, Respite Camps, Day Camps, Travel Adventures; provide supervision and guidance to Independent Contractors, community members, rental groups and volunteers while on-site. - Model, teach and uphold the MCHS code of conduct and protect the well-being of campers and program participants. - Ensure excellent public relations and customer service to all camp inquiries as well as hosted groups. - Consistently observe staff members at camp, providing c...
