Job Summary: Reporting to the Housing Operations Manager, with additional lead work direction provided from other members of the Facilities Management team, it is the responsibility of the Plumber to install, maintain and repair water, waste and gas systems at Sonoma State University. The position completes routine work orders, remodeling projects and responds to emergencies in campus buildings and university owned properties. Working independently, under general supervision, or as a member of a team, the Plumber performs complex duties associated with commercial and industrial systems as well as completes routine repairs to residential fixtures.
