Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and organised Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our Build to Rent site in West End Gate. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe and attractive living environment for residents while delivering exceptional customer service throughout their tenancy. The Maintenance Manager will oversee operations across the site, which is a 104-unit luxury apartment block with extensive amenity. You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Property Manager.
