To coordinate the daily shift functions of the baggage service department. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - High School diploma or equivalent. - Computer experience necessary. - Previous customer service experience preferred. - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Must have reliable telephone and transportation. - Must have prior baggage service or airline experience. PERSONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Treat all information as confidential. - Possess the tact to deal with all levels of passengers, client representatives and employees. - Must be able to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout shift. - Physical exam may be required to confirm above - Must pass a pre-employment and random drug test. - Must complete a criminal background check. - Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English - Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge. - Must be a citizen of the United States or possess the necessary authorization from the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).
