Northeast Arc is seeking a per diem 1:1 College Navigator to support adults with Developmental Disabilities as they transition into and navigate college life in Lawrence Massachusetts! Job Summary: Assist individuals on the Autism Spectrum throughout their college experience by helping them access supports and opportunities to successfully navigate college. Pay: $23.50–$31.50 per hour (based on education and experience) Job Type: Per-Diem: Schedule: 2–3 hours per client per week; Can work up to 20 hours per week (exact schedule is based on client needs and employee availability, may include evenings and weekends). Qualifications: Work Environment: In-home and community-based settings, including college campuses.
