Our Company Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation: Overview: Clinical Coordinator / Rehab Case Manager - Austin, TX - Rehab Without Walls Who we're looking for: - Seeking an experienced licensed clinician (PT/OT/SLP/LCSW) to support a consistent caseload acting as the Clinical Coordinator on neurorehab team - The Clinical Coordinator's (CC) role is multi-faceted, and supports a more efficient, effective and comprehensive transdisciplinary rehabilitation program similar to case managers utilized within inpatient rehab hospitals. - The Clinical Coordinator acts as a team lead and is a central point of contact to coordinate, facilitate, orchestrate and in general ensure that a patient's rehabilitation and community reintegration needs are being met.
