This role includes assessing resident conditions, administering medications, and coordinating care with other healthcare team members. Duties and Responsibilities: Resident Care and Interaction (30%) Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized care plans, ensuring their comfort, privacy, and dignity. Medication and Treatment Administration (20%): Administer and document physician-ordered medications and treatments accurately and timely.
