Job Description: Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, Pet Nutrition North America, the Vice President, Marketing Operations & Transformation leads the North America marketing operations agenda, translating global media, content, social, and digital priorities into integrated, high ‑ impact local execution. This role drives cross ‑ channel planning, performance management, agency governance, and operational excellence to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. As a senior leader, the role also builds advanced capabilities, leads transformation and change, and partners closely across the demand organization, finance, agency partners, and global stakeholders to accelerate growth and ROI. This role is based in Franklin, TN with regular in-office collaboration expected.
