The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electromagnetic design, thermal design, mechanical integration, prototyping, and validation of motors, with a focus on efficiency, cost, noise/vibration, reliability, and manufacturability. The position plays a critical role in advancing electromechanical capabilities, driving integration with electronics and software, and enabling differentiated product performance across global markets.
