Patient Services Advisor Circle National Enquiry Centre - Glasgow 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £26,257.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Patient Services Advisor to join their team of staff. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Handle inbound NHS enquiries via telephone and email from patients and clinicians, ensuring timely and professional responses. - Use multiple CHG systems to book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments accurately and efficiently. - Consistently meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure contractual obligations are achieved. - Record all interactions accurately across multiple CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date and complete patient records. - Comply with all CHG P...
