QUALIFICATIONS: RESPONSIBILITIES: - High School Graduate or equivalent - General working knowledge of Salvation Army Social Service policies and procedures - Experience in procedures for the following: Food Stamps, DES Assistance, Project SHARE, Vouchers - Typing - minimum 40 wpm - Working knowledge of filing systems - Excellent phone techniques - Computer literate in MS Office products - Able to pass a criminal background check - Interview clients for assistance - Maintain social service database. - Responsible for updating information on each client interviewed and serviced given. - Organize and keep food pantry stocked with donated and purchased food. - See that the pantry area is tidy and ready for service at all times. - Greet people at office and act as a backup to the receptionist to answer office telephone...
