Description CMS Mechanical is looking for a Skilled Laborer CMS Mechanical self-performs work in both the commercial and industrial sectors, including scopes of work related to the provision, installation, and service of heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, process piping/systems, and energy systems. This includes electrical generation and co-generation systems, along with all related components required to deliver fully functional systems to our customers. Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) - Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards; ensure proper use of tools and equipment - Cut steel using flame torch - Bevel, grind, and prepare materials for welding - Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools; distribute to appropriate locations per project plans or Superintendent direction - Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools - Measure pipe and cut to size - Apply caulking, cleaning solutions, or other compounds by hand or with tools - Prepare forms for concrete pouring and dismantle after use using various tools - Grind, scrape, sand, or polish surfaces using abrasive tools or ma...
